CBN inserts are used to cast steel roller in Turkey. The customer previously used alloy blades, which wear quickly, making it impossible for alloy tools to machine the entire roller at one time.
The customer replaced the previously used alloy tools with CBN inserts produced by our company. Model: RNMN2010 Turning: Coarse and Fine Turning The tool can process 4-6 hours at a time.
