Introduction

The SN series solid CBN inserts (referred to as CBN blades) are square in shape, and there are many models and specifications. Under the high temperature and high pressure of the six-sided top hydraulic press, it is sintered and synthesized, which has strong wear resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability. It can efficiently turn cast iron brake discs, cast iron brake drums, boron cast iron cylinder liners, cast iron clutch pressure discs and other automotive parts to realizing turning instead of grinding. SN series CBN inserts are matched with 45 °, 75 °, 83 ° and other external turning tool holders. There are three types of R, L and N.

Shafts and gears with HRC55-65 hardened steel as the main material are difficult to machine.
